Designation - Freight Brokers

Responsibilities:

Generating leads, attracting new prospects & securing new accounts

Finding safe carriers

Negotiate contracts with carriers in a manner that optimizes profits

Liaison between our customers and freight carriers

Providing customers with shipping quotes

Assisting to prepare carriers for loads

Communicate with dispatchers and drivers to track the status of loads

Coordinating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs

Updating customers on the status of shipments and related inquiries

Customer retention

Prerequisites:

Graduate from any stream

Great communication & persuasive skills

1/ 2+ years of work experience in a similar role

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Persistent with problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient negotiator

Should be focused to drive sales

Should be open to new learnings
