Job Responsibilities:

Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.

Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services.

Booking orders with carriers.

Tracking status of loads.

Collaborating with shippers & carriers to manage scheduled pickups and deliveries.

Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.

Requirements:

Good Knowledge of the Trucking Industry.

Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience as Freight Broker for US based company.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient negotiating skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
