Role: Recruiter

Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates.

- Coordinate with hiring managers.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

- Build candidate pipeline.

Requirements:

- 1+ year recruitment experience.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Immediate joiner with reliable laptop and Wi-Fi.

- Achieve monthly targets.

- 15 days of Probation period (in which you have to give 3 closures to sustain in our organisation)
