Position: Freelance Recruiter (Real Estate Hiring)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters to support ongoing hiring for real estate sales roles. This is a performance-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who have strong sourcing skills, access to job portals, and the ability to deliver quality candidates quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Source relevant candidates for real estate sales positions

Use job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and personal networks for sourcing

Screen candidates as per job requirements

Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team

Ensure candidate availability throughout the hiring process

Maintain accurate candidate details in the shared tracker

Deliver profiles within defined timelines

Required Experience & Skills

Prior experience in recruitment (preferably real estate or sales hiring)

Must have access to at least one active job portal (Naukri, Monster, etc.)

Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills

Ability to understand job requirements quickly

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation & Terms

-10,000 per successful candidate placement

Payment applicable only after the candidate joins successfully

Multiple closures allowed (no earning cap)
