We are looking for a motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time position, perfect for someone eager to start a career in recruitment and has recently completed their education.

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work on finding the right candidates for various job openings. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing Candidates: Actively searching for potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networking to build a talent pool.

- Screening Applications: Reviewing resumes to find qualified candidates and conducting initial interviews to assess their suitability for specific roles.

- Coordinating Interviews: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.

- Maintaining Records: Keeping track of candidate information and interview feedback in our recruitment systems for efficient follow-up.

- Building Relationships: Developing a good rapport with candidates to understand their career goals and maintain a strong network for future openings.
