Core Responsibilities
Ingredient Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and measure raw ingredients according to standardized recipes or manufacturing specifications.
Equipment Operation: Set up, monitor, and adjust processing and packaging machinery to ensure smooth production line operations.
Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet company quality standards and report any inconsistencies to the supervisor.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a highly sanitary workspace by adhering to food safety regulations, wearing protective gear, and following proper cleaning and waste disposal protocols.
Packaging & Inventory: Package finished food items, label boxes accurately, and assist with tracking raw material or inventory levels.
