WE ARE A THREE STAR HOTEL IN BANGALORE. WE REQUIRE A FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER WHO HAVE TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:
1. Kitchen management, in addition to maintaining day to day work of the kitchen for example overseeing the cleaning of oven burners, exhaust chimneys and cleaning of the entire kitchen area.
2. Preparation of best quality food using best recipes to get guests appreciation.
3. Preparation of menu charts breakfast items/ lunch items/ snacks and dinner. Time to time change and/or up gradation should be done.
4. Maintain proper stock register for grocery items, dairy products, veg and non-veg products.
5. Analyse the cost with food bills
6. Take maximum orders from guests, increase the food sale of our hotel.
7. Best service and quality food should be provided with a reasonable pricing.
8. Analyse cost for entire kitchen related expenses including salary of the kitchen staff
