Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and showroom walk-ins.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

- Prepare quotations, follow up and convert leads into sales.

- Build relationships with architects, interior designers and customers.

- Coordinate orders, deliveries and installations.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Experience in flooring, carpets, vinyl/SPC, interiors or building materials.

- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Good product knowledge and sales conversion ability.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
