### About Go-Grab

Go-Grab is building a smart vending machine network that makes everyday products easily accessible. We're looking for a hands-on Cluster Manager to manage ground-level operations, team performance, inventory, and machine availability across Bhopal.

### Key Responsibilities

- Cluster Operations: Manage daily operations across multiple vending machine locations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Team Management: Supervise and manage field staff (Champs), monitor attendance, productivity, and performance.

- Inventory Management: Ensure timely refilling, maintain stock availability, coordinate with the warehouse, and prevent stockouts.

- Machine Performance: Monitor machine uptime, product availability, vending failures, and operational issues.

- Field Visits: Regularly visit machine locations and warehouses to conduct audits and resolve issues.

- Sales & Availability: Track machine-level sales and identify opportunities to improve product availability and performance.

- Problem Solving: Handle operational escalations and coordinate with technical and central teams for quick resolution.

- Reporting: Maintain daily operational reports, audits, inventory records, and team performance metrics.

### Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, retail, field operations, or team management.

- Experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, or last-mile operations is preferred.

- Ability to manage field teams and multiple locations simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and operational reporting.

- Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling across Bhopal.

- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a focus on execution.

### 💰 Salary & Compensation

₹20,000-₹28,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
