Hiring For 10th Pass Freshers - Flight Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Flight Supervisor to join our team in Nadia, India. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th-grade education.

In this role, you will oversee the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. You will ensure that all flight operations run smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Pre-Flight Checks: Examine all safety equipment and supplies to ensure everything is in order before the flight. This is crucial for the safety of passengers and crew.

2. Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with boarding, seating, and any special needs they may have. You will need to be friendly and provide a positive experience for travelers.

3. Crew Coordination: Communicate effectively with the flight crew to ensure teamwork and smooth operations during the flight. This includes briefing crew on safety protocols.

4. Emergency Procedures: Be trained and ready to handle any emergencies. You will need to remain calm and follow protocols to ensure the safety of all on board.

5. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from passengers after the flight to improve services. Understanding passenger experiences helps enhance flight operations.

The ideal candidate should be reliable, have good communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
