We are seeking a Telecalling Executive based in Dewas, India, to join our investment advisory and broking firm. The ideal candidate will possess experience in telecalling and knowledge of the share market, making this role a perfect fit for those passionate about finance.

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients and providing them with financial advice based on their needs. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining various financial products, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also maintain records of conversation details within our database and track client interactions effectively.

Candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills, proficiency in using telecommunication equipment, and the ability to work well under pressure. A strong understanding of the share market is essential, as you will be discussing complex financial products. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

This is a full-time office-based position for female candidates only. Preference will be given to candidates with prior telecalling experience and familiarity with financial advising. The working hours and days will be communicated during the interview process. Candidates must be comfortable with a dynamic work environment and possess a strong willingness to learn.
