Responsible for all the Financial Decision and Execution.

Fund arrangement, Allocation and Management.

All statutory compliances.

Part of Business Growth Committee – Acquisition, Mergers and project.

Government Benefits and subsidiaries.

Executing all the financial implementation decided by management in line with company vision.

Working continuously as part oof vision execution team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in client and investor meetings.
