Finance Manager (5-7 Years)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of finance experience and will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Financial Planning and Analysis:** Develop financial plans and forecasts to guide the company’s financial strategy. This includes analyzing trends and making recommendations based on data insights.

- **Budget Management:** Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring accurate calculations and alignment with company goals. Monitor budget performance throughout the year and make adjustments as necessary.

- **Reporting:** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. This involves analyzing financial data to provide insights on the company’s performance.

- **Compliance:** Ensure that the company complies with financial regulations and standards. This includes overseeing audits and maintaining accurate financial records.

- **Team Leadership:** Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development and encouraging a collaborative work environment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, allowing for precise financial reporting and forecasting.
