Job Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and financial analysis. The role supports strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.

Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Support business leaders with financial modeling and strategic planning.

Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
