Job Description

- develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.

- provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

- oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

- ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.

- ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, gst, tds, income tax, and other statutory filings.

- liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.

- monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimal working capital.

- coordinate with banks for fund management, loan documentation, and credit facilities.

- prepare periodic financial statements, mis reports, and financial dashboards for management.

- analyze variances, track financial kpis, and recommend corrective actions.

- collaborate with the production and procurement teams to manage cost accounting and inventory valuation.

- oversee implementation and maintenance of accounting software and erp systems.

- lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

- ensure skill development, cross-functional training, and performance evaluation of team members
