Job Description

- Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimal working capital.

- Coordinate with banks for fund management, loan documentation, and credit facilities.

- Prepare periodic financial statements, MIS reports, and financial dashboards for management.

- Analyze variances, track financial KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.

- Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to manage cost accounting and inventory valuation.

- Oversee implementation and maintenance of accounting software and ERP systems.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

- Ensure skill development, cross-functional training, and performance evaluation of team members
