Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our electronic security and automation systems at client sites. This role demands strong technical knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure security and automation systems (., CCTV, Access control, Gate automation, etc.)

Conduct periodic maintenance and servicing of installed systems

Provide training and technical support to clients

Prepare service reports and update maintenance records

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems

Experience with security or automation products

Flexibility to travel and work at various client locations

Ability to work independently and also in a team
