Field Sales Officer - Chennai

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Officer based in Chennai, who will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned area. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and hold an or PGDM degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Prospecting: Identify potential customers through research and networking, ensuring a strong pipeline of leads for sales opportunities.

- Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.

- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver engaging presentations to showcase product benefits and features to prospects, aiming to persuade them to make a purchase.

- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets established by the management, demonstrating a strong drive for results.

- Market Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to identify market trends and potential areas for improvement in products or services, which will help in strategy formulation.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the company’s CRM system to help track progress and report to management.
