6. General Trade Execution

et Penetration: Drive distribution reach across semi-urban and rural markets.

Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure dominant product availability, shelf visibility, and compliance with planograms at kirana and retail stores.

Trade Schemes: Roll out and track trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches.
