Hiring For Field Sales Manager

Job Description

we are seeking a results-driven field sales manager to lead and support a team of field sales representatives. the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing day-to-day team performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within their assigned region or territory.

.key responsibilities:

team management:

recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of field sales representatives.

set sales targets and monitor performance against kpis.

conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.

.sales strategy & execution:

develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve business objectives.

identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and customer needs.

ensure proper territory coverage and efficient route planning.

.client relationship management:

support reps in ✓ ng and maintaining relationships with rey client

attend high-level meetings or negotiations with major customers.

resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner.

.reporting & forecasting:

analyze sales reports and provide insights to senior management.

track individual and team sales performance.

prepare accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.

.compliance & standards:

ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

promote brand consistency and product knowledge among team members.

.requirements:

bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

proven experience in field sales or territory management (3-5 years minimum).

strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

proficiency in crm software and microsoft office suite.
