Field Sales JD
 Get the sale†using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)
 Forecast sales, develop “out of the box†sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
ï‚· Evaluate customer's skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
ï‚· Meet personal and team sales targets
ï‚· Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
ï‚· Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
ï‚· Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
ï‚· Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Requirements
ï‚· Proven sales experience
ï‚· Track record of over-achieving quota
ï‚· Experience working with or similar CRM
ï‚· Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
ï‚· Computer use competency
ï‚· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
ï‚· Self-motivated and driven
Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi
