Position: Sales Executive Home Loans
Location: PAN India | Department: Sales
Reports To: Area Sales Manager | Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads via field visits, cold calls, referrals, and builder tie-ups
Meet monthly sales targets for home loans
Assist customers with loan applications & documentation
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory norms
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (MBA/PG preferred)
13 years sales experience (Home loans/NBFC/Banking preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Goal-oriented, team player, strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
