key responsibilities:
generate leads via field visits, cold calls, referrals, and builder tie-ups
meet monthly sales targets for home loans
assist customers with loan applications & documentation
ensure compliance with policies and regulatory norms
build and maintain strong customer relationships
requirements:
graduate in any stream (mba/pg preferred)
13 years sales experience (home loans/nbfc/banking preferred)
freshers with strong communication skills can apply
goal-oriented, team player, strong negotiation skills
knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
