Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and visit potential dealers and Distributors in assigned territory.
 Promote products through direct field visits and presentations.
 Develop strong relationships with Distributors and Dealers also maintain ongoing
communication.
 The company's dealer scheme should reach the dealers at the accurate time.
 Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
 It is important to clearly explain the unique selling points (USPs) of the products to
dealers and distributors.
 Provide accurate and timely market feedback and competitor analysis.
 Maintain the Monthly sales data.
 Ensure proper product display and brand visibility at dealer locations.
 Collect payments from Dealers and Distributors as per company policy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
 Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 Basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about sanitary ware and bath ware
items.
 Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
 Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
