key responsibilities:

 identify and visit potential dealers and distributors in assigned territory.

 promote products through direct field visits and presentations.

 develop strong relationships with distributors and dealers also maintain ongoing

communication.

 meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

 it is important to clearly explain the unique selling points (usps) of the products to

dealers and distributors.

 provide accurate and timely market feedback and competitor analysis.

 maintain the monthly sales data.

 ensure proper product display and brand visibility at dealer locations.

 collect payments from dealers and distributors as per company policy.

qualifications & requirements:

 minimum: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

 strong communication and negotiation skills.

 basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about sanitary ware and bath ware

items.

 must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

 ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
