Looking for a results-oriented Field Sales Executive with hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Experienced in on-field customer interactions, understanding buyer requirements, and closing sales efficiently. Possesses strong product knowledge and a customer-centric approach, focusing on building long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments and consistently contributing to overall sales growth.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Visit customers and find new sales leads.
.Explain product features, price, and offers
2. Arrange for visits.
3. Follow up with customers and close deals.
4. Complete basic sales paperwork.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 12th pass.
2. Min 2 years experience in sales.
3. Good communication skills in Hindi, English and Bengali.
4. Two wheeler is preferred.
5. Customer engagement and requirement analysis.
6. Negotiation and objection handling.
7. Sales reporting and target achievement.
Working hours: 8-9 hrs.
Salary: Based on last CTC & experience + incentives
