About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 4–5 years of proven experience in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contractors, architects, and channel partners, and a deep understanding of the construction ecosystem. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage B2B and B2C sales channels across assigned territories
• Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and distributors
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) for seamless order execution
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables
Key Requirements
• 4–5 years of sales experience in the building materials industry (., cement, tiles, paints, adhesives, sanitaryware, etc.)
• Strong network in the construction and real estate sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
