 Possess expert-level knowledge of services, including both print and digital
 Follow existing internal sources of sales leads
 Successfully implement the territory sales plan in alliance with Marketing & Sales resources to meet or exceed goal
 Maintain up-to-date database, Salesforce, to document sales call information, trends, future call objectives, sampling data and overall territory performance
 Daily liaison with the Editorial team and the Enterprise Solutions Managers
 Generate sales leads through online research, industry networking and cold calling
 Prepare call reports, customer action plans, monthly review
 Provide clear customer feedback to the Management team to assist them in making decisions regarding pricing, contracts, new schemes
