We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead property sales operations on the ground. The ideal candidate should have real estate knowledge, client-handling experience, and the ability to close high-value property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and meet potential clients for commercial and industrial property sales/rentals
✅ Conduct site visits with clients and explain property features and benefits
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients
✅ Negotiate deals and finalize transactions
✅ Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and competitors
✅ Coordinate with the tele calling and back-office teams for lead management
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports
Skills Required:
Strong field sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and client-handling ability
In-depth knowledge of Noida's commercial/industrial property market
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Must own a two-wheeler for site visits
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, etc.
