As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the Bettiah area. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Identifying New Business Opportunities**: You'll actively seek out potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products to increase sales and market presence.

- **Conducting Sales Presentations**: You will deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and engaging them effectively to close deals.

- **Maintaining Client Relationships**: Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients is key. You'll ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise to foster loyalty.

- **Achieving Sales Targets**: You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking your progress, and implementing strategies to enhance your performance.

- **Reporting and Feedback**: Regularly updating management about sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis will help in strategizing sales approaches and improving overall performance.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a Master’s in Business Administration () or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and target-driven.
