hiibird associate pvt. ltd. is seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals for the position of sales executive / sales manager. the role involves fieldwork, lead generation, and customer engagement for promoting our telecom services like internet, ott, cctv solutions, etc.

key responsibilities:

generate leads through fieldwork and local market visits.

explain and promote company services (internet, ott, cctv) to potential customers.

meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

gather feedback and report market trends to the management.

coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.

prepare daily work reports and submit to the reporting manager.

skills required:

strong communication skills (hindi and english).

good convincing and negotiation skills.

ability to work independently in the field.

basic knowledge of telecom/internet services is a plus.

customer-oriented attitude and confident personality.

team player with a target-driven approach.
