We are looking for a highly energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our offline retail network by onboarding footwear retailers, multi-brand stores, and wholesalers. The role focuses on direct retailer supply, market visits, and relationship building to drive fast sales growth.
🧭 Key Responsibilities:
1. Retailer Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
Visit local footwear markets and retail shops daily
Onboard new retailers for Penguin Clogs
Present product catalogue and pricing to shop owners
Close orders and generate daily sales
2. Market Expansion
Cover assigned territories (markets/cities)
Identify high-potential retailers and wholesalers
Build a strong offline distribution network
Conduct competitor analysis in local markets
3. Order Management & Follow-ups
Take orders from retailers during market visits
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch coordination
Follow up for repeat orders and stock refills
Maintain long-term retailer relationships
4. Brand Visibility & Merchandising
Ensure proper product display at retail stores
Collect market feedback on designs, pricing & demand
Suggest fast-moving SKUs based on retailer insights
