We are looking for a highly energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our offline retail network by onboarding footwear retailers, multi-brand stores, and wholesalers. The role focuses on direct retailer supply, market visits, and relationship building to drive fast sales growth. Key Responsibilities:1. Retailer Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)Visit local footwear markets and retail shops dailyOnboard new retailers for Penguin ClogsPresent product catalogue and pricing to shop ownersClose orders and generate daily sales2. Market ExpansionCover assigned territories (markets/cities)Identify high-potential retailers and wholesalersBuild a strong offline distribution networkConduct competitor analysis in local markets3. Order Management & Follow-upsTake orders from retailers during market visitsEnsure timely order processing and dispatch coordinationFollow up for repeat orders and stock refillsMaintain long-term retailer relationships4.
