Job Description: HawksCode is hiring dynamic and motivated male Sales & Marketing Executives for our

IndiaMart B2B Sales & Marketing process. This role involves direct interaction with customers,

promoting our services, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

— Field Job: This position involves fieldwork.

— Daily Tasks:

—‹ Make 40 unique calls per day using the database provided by IndiaMart ERP.

—‹ Conduct 4 meetings with customers daily, ensuring a minimum of 21 meetings

per week.

— Sales Target: Achieve at least 60% of the sales target.

Salary:

— Regular Salary: ‚¹25,000 CTC per month (‚¹18,000 Fixed + ‚¹2,000 Expenses +

Incentives).

— Probation Period Salary (3 months): ‚¹22,000 CTC per month (‚¹15,000 Fixed + ‚¹2,000

Expenses + Incentives).

— Initial Training: 7 days of unpaid training.

Working Days:

— Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).

Leave Policy:

— 1 paid leave per month (non-carry forward).

Qualifications:

— Minimum Graduate.

— Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local vernacular languages.

— Freshers are welcome to apply.

— Age between 21 to 32 years.
