job description: hawkscode is hiring dynamic and motivated male sales & marketing executives for our

indiamart b2b sales & marketing process. this role involves direct interaction with customers,

promoting our services, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork.

key responsibilities:

field job: this position involves fieldwork.

daily tasks:

make 40 unique calls per day using the database provided by indiamart erp.

conduct 4 meetings with customers daily, ensuring a minimum of 21 meetings

per week.

sales target: achieve at least 60% of the sales target.

salary:

regular salary: 25,000 ctc per month (18,000 fixed + 2,000 expenses +

incentives).

probation period salary (3 months): 22,000 ctc per month (15,000 fixed + 2,000

expenses + incentives).

initial training: 7 days of unpaid training.

working days:

monday to saturday (sunday off).

leave policy:

1 paid leave per month (non-carry forward).

qualifications:

minimum graduate.

good communication skills in english, hindi, and local vernacular languages.

freshers are welcome to apply.

age between 21 to 32 years.
