This role involves direct interaction with customers,promoting our services, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork.Key Responsibilities: Field Job: This position involves fieldwork. Daily Tasks: Make 40 unique calls per day using the database provided by IndiaMart ERP. Conduct 4 meetings with customers daily, ensuring a minimum of 21 meetingsper week. Sales Target: Achieve at least 60% of the sales target.Salary: Regular Salary: 25,000 CTC per month (18,000 Fixed + 2,000 Expenses +Incentives). Probation Period Salary (3 months): 22,000 CTC per month (15,000 Fixed + 2,000Expenses + Incentives). Initial Training: 7 days of unpaid training.Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).Leave Policy: 1 paid leave per month (non-carry forward).Qualifications: Minimum Graduate. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local vernacular languages. Freshers are welcome to apply.
