• introducing new sizes in market as per company requirement
• new dealer expansion and team management
• collection of outstanding’s against sales
• conducting marketing activities such as technical workshops, driver trainings, roadshows, etc.

• develop long term sales plan for the territory in line with company’s vision including growth/market share objectives
• channel development plan
• collection plan
• relationship management with all stakeholders
• develop territory service support plan
operational:
• ensure complete delivery of annual sales plan, for the assigned territory, in all aspects
• continuously monitor sales & collections performance
• sales channel management
• regular monitoring of market performance – segment/dealer-wise
• ensure compliance of sops
• ensure timely submission of periodic sales reports
