Opening For Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive based in Guwahati, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products directly to customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Customer Engagement: Actively meet potential clients to understand their needs and present products that align with these needs. Building strong relationships is key.

- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the management. Your performance will directly contribute to the company’s growth.

- Market Research: Gather insights about market trends and customer preferences. This information will help identify new sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.

- Product Demonstration: Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of products to customers, ensuring they understand features and benefits, which will aid in closing sales.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Regularly report your progress and any market insights to management.

- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers regarding their experience with products and services. This feedback is vital for product improvement and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role. A minimum educational qualification of 12th pass is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be engaging with various clients. You should possess good negotiation skills and be self-motivated to drive your own sales efforts. Familiarity with the local market will be an added advantage.
