Looking For Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team for cafe located in Waknaghat, Solan. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 7 years of experience in sales, and a passion for building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Identify potential customers and promote our products or services to drive sales growth.

- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our offerings and market trends. Be able to effectively convey the advantages and features of our products to customers.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback. This will help in refining strategies and improving customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Effective negotiation skills are essential to close deals and meet sales targets. A strong understanding of the sales process and customer service is necessary. We expect candidates to be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing their time effectively. A minimum educational requirement is passing the 10th grade, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A full-time presence in the office is required for this role.
