Field Staff Executive

We are looking for a Field Staff Executive to represent and promote our products at retail outlets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned retailer shops on a daily basis as per the designated route.

- Represent the company and maintain a professional relationship with retailers.

- Promote and explain company products, features, offers, and benefits to retailers.

- Take regular orders and communicate retailer requirements to the concerned team.

- Ensure proper product visibility and availability at retail outlets.

- Follow up with retailers regarding orders, stock, and promotional activities.

- Maintain daily visit reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

- Identify new retail opportunities and support expansion of the company's retail network.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly visit and performance targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel locally and visit multiple retail outlets daily.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting applications.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
