The Field Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships

with our clients in the field. As a Field Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring

customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and maximising account profitability

Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on

trust and exceptional service.

Understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or

cross-sell our products or services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new accounts and

effective resolution of any issues or concerns.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss upcoming

opportunities, and address any challenges.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for

improving our offerings.

Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Provide training and support to clients on product usage, best practices, and industry trends.

Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights.

Requirements and qualifications

ITI Course/ Diploma/ Vocational Training Courses/Any Degree preferred

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records

Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Maintain customer relations along with meeting / exceeding sales targets Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools to manage client relationships

Ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while

maintaining attention to detail.

Must have own two wheeler
