the field relationship manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships

with our clients in the field. as a field relationship manager, you will be responsible for ensuring

customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and maximising account profitability

duties and responsibilities

●act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on

trust and exceptional service.

●understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or

cross-sell our products or services.

●collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new accounts and

effective resolution of any issues or concerns.

●conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss upcoming

opportunities, and address any challenges.

●monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for

improving our offerings.

● develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

● provide training and support to clients on product usage, best practices, and industry trends.

● prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights.

requirements and qualifications

●iti course/ diploma/ vocational training courses/any degree preferred

● strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

● carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records

● explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

● maintain customer relations along with meeting / exceeding sales targets● proficient in using crm software or similar tools to manage client relationships

● ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.

● demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while

maintaining attention to detail.

● must have own two wheeler
