The Field Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationshipswith our clients in the field. As a Field Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuringcustomer satisfaction, driving business growth, and maximising account profitabilityDuties and ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based ontrust and exceptional service.Understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell orcross-sell our products or services.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new accounts andeffective resolution of any issues or concerns.Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss upcomingopportunities, and address any challenges.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations forimproving our offerings. Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Provide training and support to clients on product usage, best practices, and industry trends. Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights.Requirements and qualificationsITI Course/ Diploma/ Vocational Training Courses/Any Degree preferred Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits Maintain customer relations along with meeting / exceeding sales targets Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools to manage client relationships Ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously whilemaintaining attention to detail. Must have own two wheeler Job Type: Full time & On-site (6 day work week)Job Location: Bangalore
