key responsibilities:
as a field operations executive, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the implementation of client survey needs at the grassroots level. your responsibilities will include:
plan and manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and food for team members.
maintain databases, kyc records, and ensure proper documentation.
train and guide team members in conducting surveys, shipments, and related activities.
assist in obtaining permissions from relevant authorities (highway, railway, airport, metro, police, etc.).
interact with clients during surveys to ensure smooth execution.
coordinate with team members to ensure accurate data collection in the field.
conduct field visits prior to surveys to assess requirements for smooth execution.
hire and manage local talent for survey work as needed.
step in as an operator/enumerator if the team size is insufficient.
recruit candidates within budget and ensure effective cost control during projects.
handle company inventories and maintain proper records.
prepare reports and presentations using ms excel, word, and powerpoint.
motivate the team and provide necessary facilities to ensure productivity.

any graduate with 0–1 year of experience.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
strong people management and public speaking abilities.
problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
willingness to travel extensively for field operations.
proficiency in ms excel, word, and powerpoint.
