Openings For Field Marketing Executive || Freshers & Experienced

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and target-driven Field Marketing Executive to represent Sociowhiz in face-to-face interactions with local businesses. The candidate will introduce our services, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for the sales/strategy team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable interacting with business owners and enjoy field marketing and brand promotion activities.

📌 Duties & Responsibilities

-Visit designated commercial areas and business hubs daily

-Introduce Sociowhiz and explain core digital marketing services

-Identify potential clients and decision-makers

-Generate and record qualified leads

-Schedule appointments for the sales/strategy team

-Maintain daily visit and lead reports

-Share market feedback and competitor insights

-Achieve assigned weekly and monthly lead generation targets

-Represent the company professionally at all times

✅ Requirements

-Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

-Confident personality with persuasive ability

-Presentable and professional demeanor

-Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google)

-Ability to handle rejection and objections

-Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis

-Self-motivated and target-oriented

🎓 Education & Qualifications

-Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

-Diploma or Certification in Marketing/Sales (Preferred but not mandatory)

-Basic smartphone handling and reporting knowledge required

💼 Experience

-0–2 years of experience in field sales, field marketing, or business promotion

-Freshers with strong communication and confidence may apply

-Prior experience in telecom, insurance, FMCG promotion, or local field sales is an added advantage

💰 Package & Remuneration

-Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

-Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
