We are seeking a confident, energetic, and target-driven Field Marketing Executive to represent Sociowhiz in face-to-face interactions with local businesses. The candidate will introduce our services, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for the sales/strategy team.This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable interacting with business owners and enjoy field marketing and brand promotion activities. Duties & Responsibilities-Visit designated commercial areas and business hubs daily-Introduce Sociowhiz and explain core digital marketing services-Identify potential clients and decision-makers-Generate and record qualified leads-Schedule appointments for the sales/strategy team-Maintain daily visit and lead reports-Share market feedback and competitor insights-Achieve assigned weekly and monthly lead generation targets-Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements-Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)-Confident personality with persuasive ability-Presentable and professional demeanor-Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google)-Ability to handle rejection and objections-Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis-Self-motivated and target-oriented Education & Qualifications-Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)-Diploma or Certification in Marketing/Sales (Preferred but not mandatory)-Basic smartphone handling and reporting knowledge required Experience-02 years of experience in field sales, field marketing, or business promotion-Freshers with strong communication and confidence may apply-Prior experience in telecom, insurance, FMCG promotion, or local field sales is an added advantage Package & Remuneration-Fixed Salary: 8,000 15,000 per month (based on experience)-Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:- Prepare job description and administrate the hiring and onboarding process of new employees- Conduct orientation of new employees with company Policies- Ensure that all the employees comply with the company policies- Create new HR policies and updating the existing ones- Manage attendance and leave reports of employees- Conduct exit formalities of employees- Conduct employee engagement activities- Implement performance review procedures- Support in the implementation of payroll of the company- Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information- Perform a variety of tasks and change focus quickly- Commit yourself to your own continuous improvement and your professional growth in the company.- Knowledge of Statutory Compliances like minimum wages, P.F etc.- Oversee daily operations of the HR departmentMINIMUM REQUIREMENT:- Undergraduate and/or Post Graduate degree in Human resource management and related field- Minimum 0-1 year of relevant and proven experience as an HR Executive- Strong leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking- Excellent written and verbal communication in English Language- Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues- Conflict resolution skills- Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills- Attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

Were looking for Frontend Developers to work on a new project for one of our US-based clients - Jobble. As a Frontend Developer on our affiliates platform, your responsibilities will include maintaining and supporting the current platform, as well as architecting and developing new and upcoming features.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining existing and developing new features for the current platform Developing unit tests to ensure optimal system performance Participating in architecture reviews and code reviews Working closely with the back-end team and other front-end developers on the maintenance and implementation of new featuresMUST HAVE Experience implementing a complex application with one of the major front-end frameworks (preferably React) 5-15 years of professional web development experience Good knowledge of object-oriented JavaScript Good knowledge of jQuery Expertise in developing and testing across multiple platforms and web browsers Experience with Search Engine Optimization Must be ready to work in the EST time zone.
