key responsibilities:
visit customers, clients, or vendors for documentation, verification, or service-related tasks.
collect and deliver documents, parcels, or products as needed.
provide customer support or assistance in-person when required.
submit timely reports and updates to the reporting manager.
coordinate with the back-office team to ensure smooth field operations.

- required skills & qualifications:
