Job Title: Field Executive

Job Description:

As a Field Executive at PhonePe, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and expanding our reach in the market. You will be responsible for various field operations to promote and enhance the adoption of PhonePe's digital payment services.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Training: Educate merchants on how to use the PhonePe app for accepting payments and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth experience.

Customer Education: Engage with customers and potential users to promote the use of PhonePe as a convenient and secure digital payment solution.

KYC Verification: Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification of users and merchants as per regulatory requirements.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by users and merchants, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Gather feedback and insights from the field and report them to the relevant teams to improve product and service offerings.

Promotional Activities: Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events or marketing campaigns to increase awareness and usage of PhonePe services.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification: [12th Pass and Above].

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the local area and market.

Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.

Willingness to travel within the designated area.

Experience:

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
