About Us:

At , we provide financial and livelihood education to individuals in need through our ffreedom app. In collaboration with , we are now launching a business management tool designed specifically for small business owners such as Kirana shops, tailor shops, tea stalls, real estate agents, farmers, and more to help them manage their day-to-day business activities effectively.

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated BDA-Field Agents to onboard small business owners onto 's business management tool. The role involves engaging with business owners around 5 to 10 kms radius of our office, introducing them to the platform, and ensuring they understand its value in improving their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to approach and onboard small business owners.

Educate potential users about €™s business management tool and its benefits.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities and user onboarding status.

Act as a bridge between the company and customers, providing necessary support and guidance.

Collaborate with the internal team to meet onboarding targets and address challenges.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience: Prior experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or business development is preferred.

Skills:

Good communication skills in English and any local language (., Kannada).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with small business owners.

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Other Requirements:

Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.

Comfortable with field work and traveling within a 5-10 km radius around the office.
