the field executive will be responsible for sourcing customers, promoting and selling companys product and building long-term relationships to drive business growth. the role involves direct field visits, lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving assigned sales targets.
key responsibilities:
identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
promote and sell companys product to individual and business customers.
conduct customer meetings to explain product features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms.
collect and verify customer documents as per company and regulatory compliance.
coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and approvals.
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the branch/management.
build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and local opportunities.
provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and performance.
