The Field Executive will be responsible for sourcing customers, promoting and selling Company€™s product and building long-term relationships to drive business growth. The role involves direct field visits, lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
€¢ Promote and sell company€™s product to individual and business customers.
€¢ Conduct customer meetings to explain product features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms.
€¢ Collect and verify customer documents as per company and regulatory compliance.
€¢ Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and approvals.
€¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the branch/management.
€¢ Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
€¢ Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and local opportunities.
€¢ Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and performance.
