we are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated field engineers to join our dynamic team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for field support, site visits, and client coordination while ensuring smooth technical operations.

roles & responsibilities:

visit client sites and provide basic technical support and service assistance.

coordinate with the internal team for issue updates and resolutions.

maintain daily reports of field visits and service activities.

handle customer interactions professionally and provide timely feedback.

ensure company equipment and tools are properly maintained.

requirements:

fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

must have a two-wheeler (bike) and a laptop.

should be able to communicate in basic english.

good attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to travel for fieldwork.
