As a Fashion Consultant, your role will be to listen to our clients' needs, understand their individual personalities, and provide advice on fashion choices that align with their preferences, style, body type, and occasion.

Responsibilities:

Actively listen to clients' needs and understand their individual preferences and style.

Provide expert advice on individual pieces, complete outfits, colors, styles, and fabrics.

Stay updated with current fashion trends and principles to deliver the latest recommendations to clients.

Keep abreast of seasonal fashion changes, creating new outfits and suggestions for clients.

Maximize sales opportunities by creating a friendly and welcoming environment for clients.

Follow up with clients via phone or email, addressing their requests and answering questions.

Ensure a delightful renting experience for customers.

Meet individual and team sales targets.

Demonstrate strategies to increase store productivity.

Maintain high standards of quality, including fittings and hygiene management.

Participate in merchandising activities, stock maintenance, product transfers, and floor changeovers.

Present a professional and polished appearance consistent with company guidelines.

Support effective loss prevention measures to secure company assets.

Enter customer and product information accurately into company backend tools.

Maintain store replenishment, quality checks, visual merchandising, and hygiene standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
