1. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns2. Perform market analysis and research on competition3. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks4. Assist in marketing and advertising of promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)5. Prepare promotional presentations6. Help distribute marketing materials7. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)8. Help organize marketing events

Day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Provide a delightful renting experience to customers2. Help maximize sales at all opportunities and provides a friendly and welcoming environment3. Achieve individual/team sales targets4. Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs5. Demonstrate ways to increase store productivity6. Apply sales transaction knowledge to process routine discounts, gift certificate sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, credit vouchers and alterations7. Participate in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to daily stock maintenance, product transfers, and floor changeovers8. Maintain a professional and personal appearance consistent with established guidelines9. Actively support securing company assets through effective loss prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures10. Accurately enters customer and product information into company backend tools on a day to day basis11. Ensure ease of customer shopping experience by maintaining replenishment, quality checks, visual merchandising and hygiene standards

Follow up with clients via phone or email, addressing their requests and answering questions. Ensure a delightful renting experience for customers. Meet individual and team sales targets. Demonstrate strategies to increase store productivity. Maintain high standards of quality, including fittings and hygiene management.
