Job Description

• oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, landscaping, and engineering services.

• ensure functionality of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and hvac systems.

• monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

• lead on-site facility staff and ensure adherence to company policies and sops.

• conduct training sessions and performance reviews to enhance service delivery.

• coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repair work, and service contracts.

• act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure expectations are met.

• manage and optimize operational budgets and control expenditures.

• ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe environment.

• utilize facility management software for operations tracking and reporting.

• generate performance, incident, and cost-analysis reports.
