We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller to contribute to generating sales or setting appointments for our business. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain products/services and answer queries. Generate leads and follow up with interested clients. Maintain a daily call log and update CRM systems. Achieve weekly/monthly targets.

Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, landscaping, and engineering services. Ensure functionality of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Lead on-site facility staff and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs. Conduct training sessions and performance reviews to enhance service delivery. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repair work, and service contracts. Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure expectations are met. Manage and optimize operational budgets and control expenditures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe environment. Utilize facility management software for operations tracking and reporting. Generate performance, incident, and cost-analysis reports.
